A new stakeholder, interaction or task is added in Simply Stakeholders, and the team may need to communicate that change quickly. Manually checking the stakeholder tool, finding a number and writing a message adds another small task to every relationship update. Zapier can pass those events to Mobile Message, so a relevant SMS can follow the activity.

New Stakeholder can trigger Create Contact, Send SMS or Add Contact to List. New Interaction can send a follow-up message after an engagement is recorded, while New Task can notify a person about an assigned action. If a stakeholder replies by text, Inbound SMS Received can trigger Simply Stakeholders’ Create Interaction action, making the response visible in the relationship record.

This connection uses Zapier and is not a native two-way synchronisation. Simply Stakeholders remains the place for relationship records, interactions and tasks, while Mobile Message performs the selected message or contact action. Choose a clear event for each Zap and keep the message specific, so stakeholders receive useful communication rather than a generic notification.
