A new company, workflow or report can be created while staff are focused on deadlines, so an important update may wait for a manual check. A Zap can use Silverfin events to start Mobile Message actions through Zapier and put selected notifications in front of the right person.

New Company can trigger Create Contact when client details are available, helping Mobile Message hold a usable contact record. New Workflow or New Report can trigger Send SMS to notify a manager that a piece of work has been created. New Remark can also send a message when a comment or review note needs attention. You select the Silverfin event and map the fields and phone number used by Mobile Message.

This connection is best for targeted alerts and contact creation rather than replacing Silverfin as the working-paper platform. It does not synchronise client or accounting data in both directions. Each Zap responds to one Silverfin event with one Mobile Message action, giving your team a clear, noticeable outcome without requiring them to monitor every new record.
