About the SchedulingKit integration

A customer books a service while you are serving someone else, then another booking is rescheduled before you have had time to update your message list. Missed booking notices create avoidable uncertainty, and manual cancellation texts can be forgotten when the day becomes busy. SchedulingKit can make those moments easier to respond to.

SchedulingKit can trigger a Zap for New Booking, Booking Cancelled, Booking Rescheduled or New Customer. Mobile Message can send an SMS from these events, allowing you to acknowledge a booking, confirm a changed time or explain that a booking has been cancelled. SchedulingKit also offers Create Booking and Cancel Booking actions, although the most direct customer-facing workflow uses its booking events with Mobile Message Send SMS.

The connection is configured in Zapier and uses one SchedulingKit event to start one Mobile Message action. It is not a native two-way booking connection and does not continuously synchronise appointment details. You need SchedulingKit, Mobile Message and Zapier accounts. Once the message wording and fields are tested, the Zap can handle the selected booking notice consistently.
