A lead lands in your CRM from a Facebook ad or a Typeform, and the form only asked for a name and a company because that's all people are willing to type on a phone screen. You want to text them while the enquiry's fresh, but there's no mobile number sitting on the record to text, so the follow up either waits or gets skipped altogether.

Scalelist's Mobile Finder action fills that gap by finding a mobile number from a name and company, or a name and a LinkedIn URL, and its Email Finder action does the same for a work email address when that's what a later step in the Zap actually needs. Slotted into a Zap between the form and Mobile Message's Send SMS action, connected through Zapier, that middle step means the text goes out to a number nobody typed in, so the follow up reaches them without anyone chasing down contact details by hand or leaving the lead to go cold overnight.
