Mobile Message can also create or update a contact in SalesMap when an inbound SMS is received, giving staff a record of the conversation in the CRM.
This connection runs through Zapier, so you choose the SalesMap event, map the relevant contact details and write the SMS content in the Zap. It is useful for reducing delays after web forms, keeping customers informed as deals progress and ensuring replies are visible where your sales team already works.

Can SalesMap text a prospect when a web form is submitted?
Yes. Use Web Form Submitted as the SalesMap trigger and Send SMS as the Mobile Message action. The Zap can map the submitted name and phone number into a message that acknowledges the form and explains what happens next.
Can a deal stage change send an SMS through Mobile Message?
Yes. Deal Stage Updated can start a Zap that uses Send SMS. This is suitable for messages such as proposal updates or progress notifications, provided the deal record contains a mobile number and the message text you want to send.
What do I need to connect SalesMap with Mobile Message?
