About the Rocket Agents integration

A property lead can change stage or send a text while an agent is moving between appointments. Rocket Agents users can turn New Lead into a prompt Mobile Message SMS, then use Stage Changed to tell a prospect or staff member what happens next. Its SMS Received trigger also provides a useful route for capturing replies.

A Zap can create a Mobile Message contact when a new lead is added, text a customer after a property request arrives, or add an inbound reply as a note in Rocket Agents. New Call Note and New Note can alert a team member when extra context is recorded. The connection runs through Zapier and each automation is one-directional. It does not synchronise Rocket Agents and Mobile Message, and it does not send attachments through SMS. Instead, it lets agents select specific lead events, map the available details and produce a message or CRM record that someone can act on.
