Mobile Message connects to Rock through Zapier so an inbound text or a delivery update becomes a message, a note or a task inside the same space the team already works in.

That means a customer reply can post straight into a Rock space as a message for the team to see, a delivery failure can be logged as a note for whoever is following up, and a text that needs a proper response can become a task with an owner attached. Nobody has to relay the update by hand or remember to flag it in the next meeting. It only flows one way, from the text into Rock, so a note or task will not send a reply back out as a text on its own.
