Get Message Status — Retrieves the status of an email transaction. The status will be available to be retrieved up until 30 days after the message was sent.
Get Registered Receipt — Returns the Registered Receipt for a message using its Tracking ID. The Registered Receipt will be contained in the ZIP file in base-64 format returned by this action. The ZIP file will contain one .eml file for each Registered Receipt email generated (one per recipient) and a .txt file listing the files in the folder. Open Receipts will also be in the ZIP file. Note: The Receipt will be available to be retrieved up until 30 days after the message was sent.
Send RMail Registered Email Message — Sends a Registered Email message using the service features. It returns a Tracking ID.
Send RMail Registered Text Message — Sends a Registered Text message using the service features. It returns a Tracking ID.

Does RMail keep proof that a text message was delivered?

RMail itself does not track SMS delivery, but Mobile Message's delivery status event can start a Zap that has RMail send a registered email and generate a tracking ID, so there is a certified, dated record tied to that delivered message for later reference.
