Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with REXTEN!

A booking changes status in REXTEN while your team is serving customers, and the person who needs to know may not be watching the workspace. A Zapier workflow can use Updated Booking to send a Mobile Message text when a booking is confirmed, completed, cancelled, or marked as a no-show. New Booking and New Customer are useful starting points too.

For a salon, clinic, tradesperson, or other service business, this can put a clear confirmation or status notice in the customer’s hands quickly. You can also use New Customer to create a Mobile Message contact, keeping customer details ready for later messages. REXTEN actions include Create Customer and Create Booking, so a Mobile Message inbound reply can create a customer or booking when the required details are available. The connection uses separate one-way Zaps rather than a native two-way update.
