Operators who run sales and team workflows in Rework often need a quick response when a lead changes stage or ownership. Rework's Lead Created trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS through Zapier, while Lead Stage Changed and Lead Owner Changed can notify the right person about movement in the pipeline. Lead Field Changed provides another event for selected follow-up rules.

Mobile Message can send SMS, create or update contacts, add contacts to lists, and send SMS to a list. A new Rework lead can become a Mobile Message contact and receive an acknowledgement. An inbound SMS can also start Rework's Create Lead action, or create a meeting note through Create Meeting Note when the message contains information worth recording.

This gives teams a practical route from lead activity to visible communication without asking staff to copy every record manually. It is not a two-way sync between Rework and Mobile Message. Build each direction as its own Zap, map the available lead or message data, and test before sending customer-facing texts.
