About the Ravenly integration
Lead Converted can start a second workflow for matters that reach Closed Won. That could notify a solicitor, intake team or administrator that a lead has become a client, with the relevant lead details included in the SMS. The two workflows serve different moments, so your team can keep immediate enquiries separate from confirmed matters.
The Ravenly connection works through Zapier. You select the Ravenly event, map its lead fields and choose Mobile Message as the next step. You can also use Create Contact to place a new Ravenly lead into Mobile Message for future messaging.
