This helps mortgage teams respond promptly to people who have shown buying or refinancing intent. A form completion can trigger a message confirming that the pre-approval information has been received. A new hot lead can send an internal alert with the details needed for a personal follow-up. If the lead should also be recorded in RateUpdate from another workflow, Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received can trigger the RateUpdate Add New Lead action. The connection is made through Zapier, so each automation is configured separately and uses the fields available at that step. It does not create a two-way lead sync or replace your existing qualification process.
