Chasing a member for a lapsed subscription or a missed payment by email alone means a good chunk of them never see the message in time. Connecting Raklet to Mobile Message through Zapier gives that follow up a better chance of landing, by turning subscription and payment events into a text instead.

When a subscription becomes active in Raklet, a Zap can send the member a welcome SMS straight away, and a new payment recorded in Raklet can trigger a confirmation text so the member knows it went through. A new contact created in Raklet can also be created as a Mobile Message contact at the same time, keeping the two records lined up without re-entering details. Replies work the other way too, with an inbound SMS from Mobile Message able to add a note to the matching Raklet contact, so a text reply is not lost once it is read.
