Use the contact details captured by Quidget to personalise an SMS with your business name, a useful instruction, or a request to reply. Mobile Message can send SMS, send SMS to a list, create a contact, or add a contact to a list. This is useful when your team wants text to be part of the first response, while Quidget remains the place where the contact is captured. The connection runs through Zapier, with each Zap following one selected event and one selected action. It is not a native two-way integration, so plan the message and any contact handling as separate steps in the workflow.
