QuickFile can start an automation from New Invoice or New Client, so routine account events can lead to a clear customer message.

Use New Invoice to send a payment instruction, due-date reminder or confirmation to the relevant mobile number. New Client can support a welcome text when a client record is created. Mobile Message can send the SMS, create the recipient as a contact or add that person to a list for future communications. QuickFile continues to manage the accounting record, while the selected Mobile Message action handles the visible customer contact.
