Questmate records recurring processes and business routines, while Mobile Message can make a completed run visible by SMS. Zapier carries the selected event into the message workflow, so staff receive a clear notification at the point of completion.

Quest Run Completed can send a confirmation to a manager, notify a customer that a service task is finished or prompt the next step in a routine. Item Changed can be useful when a particular task value changes and someone needs an immediate alert.
