New Project can also start an SMS to a project owner or account manager, confirming that work has been created and needs attention. Mobile Message Create Contact can record a lead when the relevant contact details are available, so the team has a practical contact record for later messages. The wording can include the project, lead or campaign information passed from PromoXcrm.ai.
