Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with ProductBridge!

A product team sees a new feedback post arrive during a busy planning session, followed by votes and comments from customers. Without a prompt, useful feedback can sit outside the team’s immediate discussion. ProductBridge can report those events, while Mobile Message can notify the person responsible for reviewing or responding to them.

Through Zapier, New Post, New Comment or New Vote can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS. Post Status Changed can also alert a product owner when an idea moves forward or is closed. If several staff need visibility, Send SMS to List can distribute the alert. Include the post title, status or a short instruction using the fields available from ProductBridge.

The connection sends notifications rather than maintaining a shared feedback database. It does not change a post or create a comment unless a separate workflow uses a Mobile Message trigger with the relevant ProductBridge action.
