ProdPad SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with ProdPad!
ProdPad's Pushed User Story and Pushed Idea triggers are the clearest events for SMS follow-up. They can connect to Mobile Message's Send SMS action, while Create Contact can record a feedback participant when suitable contact fields are available. The List Feedback and List Idea Feedback actions provide information for ProdPad workflows, but they are lookup actions rather than events that independently start a Zap.
Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can also start a Zap using ProdPad's Create Feedback action. That can place a text response into the feedback module when the required fields are mapped. These are individual workflows through Zapier, not a full product-management synchronisation, and each message should be limited to the information appropriate for SMS.
