Mobile Message can turn that export event into a direct SMS notification for the person who needs to act.

Procys Export Document can trigger Send SMS in Mobile Message when a document is ready to export. The message can notify an internal team member that processing is complete and include the available document reference or booking information. You can also use Mobile Message Create Contact or Add Contact to List if the exported data contains a suitable contact and your workflow requires that record for later messaging. The connection runs through Zapier, so you decide which Procys events should send a text and which fields are mapped. It is not a document transfer or a two-way sync between the services.

Use filters to avoid alerting staff for routine documents and test the field mapping carefully. Any SMS should contain only the information needed for the recipient to take the next step.
