A member takes an action on a PrivateContent website while your team is handling access, subscriptions or support elsewhere. That event may need a prompt acknowledgement or a contact record, but manually checking the site and copying user details takes time. A Zap can use PrivateContent New User Action to trigger Mobile Message actions through Zapier.

Send SMS can acknowledge a member action or notify an administrator that attention is needed. Create Contact can add the involved user to Mobile Message, and Add Contact to List can place that person into a suitable membership or follow-up list when the action supplies the necessary details. The message and mapped fields depend on the user data returned by PrivateContent.

This setup is useful for websites using PrivateContent’s multilevel access features and needing a simple communication response. It does not change the user in PrivateContent from Mobile Message, and it does not create a two-way sync. Instead, each Zap starts when the selected user event fires and ends with a noticeable Mobile Message result, such as an SMS or a new contact record.
