A new contact enters Planports, but a sales or service team may not see the record until later. Planports can notify Zapier when a new contact is created, and Mobile Message can send an SMS to that person or to a team member. That immediate message can acknowledge an enquiry, confirm the next step or alert someone that a new contact needs attention.

The same contact event can create a Mobile Message contact instead. This is useful when Planports is the place where customer details first arrive and Mobile Message should hold a contact record for later SMS activity. You choose whether the Zap sends a message, creates the record, or uses both steps in a larger workflow.

The connection is made through Zapier, not through a native two-way sync. Planports supplies the Get Contact trigger, while Mobile Message supplies the selected action. Map the available name and phone fields, write a clear message if needed and test the Zap before using it for live customer communication.
