This connection works through Zapier and gives sales, marketing and admin teams a direct communication step after CRM activity. Pixxi CRM offers Add Lead and Add Activity Log actions. Those can be started by Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger when a text should create a lead or leave a note against a buy or rent lead. Mobile Message can also create a contact or add one to a list when a lead arrives. Map the lead number and relevant property details, add filters where needed and test the Zap before activation. There is no implied two-way update between Pixxi CRM and Mobile Message.
