Sales and call centre teams running PicallEx as their CRM handle a steady stream of orders and digital leads coming in from different channels, and every one of them needs to land in the right record without someone manually typing it in after a phone call or a text message from a customer.

When a customer texts in reply to a campaign or a follow up, that message can become the start of a new record rather than sitting unread in a phone until someone gets around to actioning it. Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can hand that reply straight to PicallEx, running the Create Order action for someone ready to buy or the Create Digital Lead action for someone still asking questions before committing to a purchase.

The connection runs through Zapier and moves one way, from a text reply into PicallEx, since PicallEx doesn't currently expose an event of its own to start a Zap in the other direction. For teams already fielding replies by SMS, it means an incoming message can turn into a tracked order or lead in the CRM without extra data entry at the end of a shift.
