If that update stays inside Pete, a lead can wait for a follow-up or an investor can miss an important point in the deal process. A timely text can put the change in front of the right person.

Through Zapier, Pete’s Phase/Status Updated trigger can start Mobile Message Send SMS. Use it to notify an investor that a deal has progressed, remind a sales contact to call a lead, or alert an internal operator when a phase needs review. The workflow can include the deal or contact details supplied by Pete, so the message is more useful than a generic alert.

Pete also provides Create New Lead as an action. If a prospect texts your Mobile Message number, Inbound SMS Received can trigger that action and create a new lead in Pete. This gives teams a practical path for capturing mobile responses. The two workflows are separate, one-way Zaps through Zapier, not a native two-way integration or a continuously synchronised pipeline.
