Recruiters can give candidates and hiring teams a timely update when a placement or pipeline milestone is reached. PCRecruiter can start a Zap when a New Placement occurs or when a candidate reaches a selected pipeline stage, allowing Mobile Message to send a plain text SMS. This helps the relevant person receive a prompt without waiting for a recruiter to monitor every record manually.

Use New Placement for a placement acknowledgement or internal notification, and Pipeline Stage Reached for a candidate update when the stage information is ready to share. New Name in Rollup List can also create a Mobile Message contact or add a candidate to an SMS list. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received event can start PCRecruiter’s Create Name Activity action when a reply needs a record in the recruitment CRM. Keep messages concise and only pass the details needed for the chosen action. These are individual Zap workflows through Zapier, not a two-way synchronisation.
