For example, a new pass can trigger a text with entry guidance, while a pass status change can notify a member that access has changed. PassEngine can also create a client, activate a pass, revoke a pass, update a pass, or scan a pass when Mobile Message receives an inbound SMS. Mobile Message can send SMS, send SMS to a list, create contacts, and add contacts to lists. You choose the event, message, recipient fields, and any filters in Zapier. PassEngine remains responsible for pass records and scanning, while Mobile Message handles the outbound text or contact step selected in the Zap.
