Mobile Message can then use those parsed fields to send a practical SMS without the team repeating the same extraction work.

New Custom Item can trigger Send SMS when a matching email creates a parsed item. New Parsed Item can also send an alert to a defined group with Send SMS to List, which suits extracted delivery, booking or operational information that needs attention. The message should contain only the fields you need, such as a reference, status and callback number.

Parsematic has no listed actions, so it acts as the structured-data starting point rather than a destination for SMS replies. The connection runs through Zapier and does not create a two-way sync.
