Parsematic SMS Integration

An email arrives with useful information buried in its wording, and someone must open it, interpret the details and decide who needs to know. Parsematic turns forwarded or user-sent emails into structured items that can start a Zap. Mobile Message can then use those parsed fields to send a practical SMS without the team repeating the same extraction work.

New Custom Item can trigger Send SMS when a matching email creates a parsed item. New Parsed Item can also send an alert to a defined group with Send SMS to List, which suits extracted delivery, booking or operational information that needs attention. The message should contain only the fields you need, such as a reference, status and callback number.

Parsematic has no listed actions, so it acts as the structured-data starting point rather than a destination for SMS replies. The connection runs through Zapier and does not create a two-way sync. Build the email parsing rule first, map the resulting fields into Mobile Message and test several email formats before enabling the workflow. SMS remains plain text, so use a short summary and direct the recipient to the appropriate system for detail.
