Oracle Eloqua SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Oracle Eloqua!

A contact or account changes in Oracle Eloqua while a campaign or sales team needs to act on the information. A Zap can use New Contact, Updated Contact, New Account or Updated Account to send an SMS through Mobile Message, create a contact, or add a person to a list. This gives a visible alert or contact task without asking staff to monitor every Eloqua record.

Oracle Eloqua also offers record and custom object events, so a New Record or New Custom Object Data event can start a message when those records matter to your process. Mobile Message's Create Contact and Update Contact actions are useful when Eloqua data should be placed into Mobile Message for sending. A separate workflow can use Inbound SMS Received to create or update a contact in Eloqua.

The connection runs through Zapier, with each Zap using one trigger and one action. It is not a native synchronisation of Eloqua contacts, accounts or custom objects. Choose the specific event that matters, map the phone number and relevant fields, then test duplicate handling and message wording. This keeps the automation focused on an operational outcome your team can see.
