If a person texts your Mobile Message number first, Inbound SMS Received can use OnSync’s Create Contact action to place that person into the central contact list. Each Zap runs in one direction and handles a defined event, rather than keeping the two systems synchronised. The message action is OnSync’s Send Message only for WhatsApp numbers, so Mobile Message is the SMS route for the customer-facing text.
