About the OnSync integration

A new contact appears in OnSync and the sales or service team needs to respond before the opportunity goes cold. OnSync’s New Contact trigger can start a Zap that sends an SMS through Mobile Message, while an incoming reply can create a contact back in OnSync for the team to manage.

This suits teams that centralise conversations, contacts and sales workflows in OnSync. A new contact can receive a short introduction or booking instruction by text. If a person texts your Mobile Message number first, Inbound SMS Received can use OnSync’s Create Contact action to place that person into the central contact list. Each Zap runs in one direction and handles a defined event, rather than keeping the two systems synchronised. The message action is OnSync’s Send Message only for WhatsApp numbers, so Mobile Message is the SMS route for the customer-facing text.
