Task Arrival can trigger an SMS with an approaching delivery notice, while Task Delayed can explain that timing has changed. Task Complete can confirm that the job is finished, and Task Failed can alert the customer or an internal team to follow up. SMS Recipient Response Missed can notify staff when Onfleet could not handle a recipient response. Use Send SMS for an individual recipient or Send SMS to List for an operations group. The message can include the task details supplied by Onfleet, such as an ETA or reference. This is a one-directional Zapier workflow from Onfleet to Mobile Message, not a native two-way delivery sync.
