OkayCRM SMS Integration

You are mid conversation with a new lead over SMS, and back in OkayCRM there is no record yet that this person even exists as a company in your pipeline. Someone on the team ends up creating that record later, from memory, after the details have gone cold. Chasing that later means digging back through text threads to piece together who said what.

Linking Mobile Message to OkayCRM through Zapier closes that gap. Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can run OkayCRM's Create Company action, so the first time someone texts in, a company record is created automatically. The same trigger can instead run Update Company, adding the reply to a record that already exists, so returning customers get their details kept current without anyone opening OkayCRM by hand. OkayCRM's Delete Company action stays available too, for tidying up records for leads who went nowhere, though that clean up remains a manual step inside OkayCRM itself.
