Noteler SMS Integration

A customer replies to say thanks, or gets in touch asking about sending something special, and by the time anyone gets around to logging it in Noteler the right moment has already passed. Handwritten cards land best when they go out close to whatever prompted them, not a day or two later once someone remembers to type in the details by hand.

Pairing Noteler with Mobile Message through Zapier closes that gap. When a customer texts back, that reply can create a new order in Noteler straight away, or add the customer as a receiver on an order that is already sitting open. Phone numbers and names move across without anyone copying them from a text thread into a form, so a reply that comes in late at night or during a busy afternoon still ends up as a card in the queue.

Noteler still handles the actual writing and posting exactly as it always has, choosing the card, the wording and the timing. All that changes is how the order gets started, from a text reply landing in Mobile Message rather than someone remembering to open Noteler and add the details themselves.
