A client’s phone number has just been added to Nagaris, and your accounting team wants reliable contact details before sending the next reminder. Nagaris can trigger Zapier when a new client phone is created, when a client group contact is created, or when an individual is updated. Mobile Message can turn those events into a useful text or contact action.

A new client phone can trigger Send SMS to confirm contact details or explain the next step. A client group event can send an alert to an internal list, while a new service can prompt a customer message when service information is ready. Where the trigger includes suitable fields, you can personalise the SMS with the client’s name and service context.

Nagaris also provides Create Contact and List Contacts actions. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can start Create Contact when someone texts your number and the required contact information is available. These are separate Zapier workflows, not a native two-way database sync. Choose the event and result that fit your firm’s process, then test the field mapping.
