Motor Fiscal SMS Integration

A tax routine can finish in the background while your finance team continues preparing the next job. When Motor Fiscal receives a New Electronic Service Invoice (NFSE - Nota Fiscal Servico), Zapier can pass that event to Mobile Message. The team can then send a plain text alert, create a contact or update an existing contact, depending on the details available in the invoice record.

This is useful when an invoice received through a city government integration or OCR needs prompt attention. A message might tell an accounts manager that an electronic service invoice has arrived, or notify an authorised recipient that a document is ready for review. Mobile Message can also add the relevant number to a list, which helps organise people who should receive later operational messages. The workflow does not replace Motor Fiscal or create a native connection between the services. It simply uses the Motor Fiscal trigger in Zapier and a Mobile Message action you configure. Clear field mapping and carefully selected recipients help keep tax alerts timely, targeted and easy to act on.
