Through Zapier, those events can start Mobile Message SMS messages, giving an enrolment team a prompt alert or sending a useful acknowledgement to the family.

A new lead can notify the staff member responsible for follow-up, while an updated lead can alert the team that important information has changed. The SMS can include mapped lead details available in Micole, such as the family name or contact information. Micole supplies the lead event, and Mobile Message delivers the plain text message.

This workflow helps schools respond at the point a lead enters or changes, rather than relying on someone to check another screen. It is configured in Zapier and uses the specific trigger you select. Mobile Message does not become a synchronised copy of Micole, and the connection is not a native two-way integration.
