Meftah SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Meftah!

An invoice is created in Meftah while your customer is waiting for the next step, but sending a reminder or alert may depend on someone noticing the new record. That delay can leave invoices sitting untouched and create extra follow-up work. A Zap can turn a New Invoice or New Customer event into an immediate Mobile Message action.

Use New Invoice with Send SMS to notify an accounts operator, or send an SMS to a list when the team needs to review new billing activity. New Customer can trigger Create Contact, so a person who appears in Meftah can also be recorded in Mobile Message. You can also use Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received to create a customer or invoice in Meftah where the required fields are available. The connection runs through Zapier and lets you map values between the selected trigger and action.

This is useful for small businesses that want a visible prompt when billing work begins or a contact record is required. It does not keep invoice and contact data synchronised. Each workflow runs only when its chosen event occurs and performs its selected action.

Can Meftah send an SMS when an invoice is created?

Yes. Select New Invoice in Meftah and Send SMS in Mobile Message. Zapier can pass the invoice information into a message for an accounts operator or another nominated recipient.

Can a new Meftah customer be added to Mobile Message?

Yes. New Customer can start a Zap using Mobile Message’s Create Contact action. Map the customer details supplied by Meftah, including the mobile number when it is available and appropriate to use.

What is required to build a Meftah billing Zap?

Use Zapier to select Meftah and Mobile Message, then choose the relevant trigger and action. Both accounts are needed, while coding is not. You can map fields, test the result and activate the workflow from Zapier.
