A marketplace enquiry arrives while your team is handling other requests, and the potential customer waits for someone to notice it. Markko can signal when an Enquiry (Event) Created occurs, as well as when a Customer Created or Vendor Created event adds a new person to your marketplace.

Through Zapier, those Markko events can trigger Mobile Message actions. A new enquiry can send an acknowledgement to the customer or an alert to your marketplace team. A new customer or vendor can be welcomed by SMS, using the contact details available from Markko. This gives each important event a clear next step without asking staff to monitor the marketplace constantly.

Mobile Message handles the text delivery and Markko remains the source of the marketplace event. The connection does not synchronise records or update Markko from Mobile Message. You select the events, recipients and message wording that fit your operating process.
