Maileroo's one action, Send Email, delivers a message through SMTP relay or API the moment it is called, which makes it a natural fit for turning a Mobile Message event into a notification. Connected through Zapier, Delivery Status Updated can trigger a Send Email alert when a text bounces or fails, and Inbound SMS Received can trigger a Send Email alert whenever a customer replies, so a staff member checking email first thing sees exactly which conversations need attention.
