LoyaltyDog SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with LoyaltyDog!

A customer completes a purchase and the loyalty team still needs to remember the follow-up. LoyaltyDog records Transaction Complete, New Customer Activity and Customer Change events. Through Zapier, these events can start Mobile Message actions such as an SMS, a contact update or a list assignment.

Transaction Complete can send a thank-you message, while New Customer Activity can notify a selected group about a meaningful loyalty action. Customer Change can create or update the Mobile Message contact, so the messaging record reflects the customer details supplied by LoyaltyDog. Mobile Message also supports Award Customer Points, but that LoyaltyDog action cannot be started by an SMS trigger unless your process has a genuinely suitable inbound event and mapping.

The connection is useful when loyalty activity should lead to timely communication rather than a later manual export. You choose the event, recipient and message in Zapier. It is not a native integration or two-way synchronisation. Each workflow passes one event to one Mobile Message action.

Yes. Use Transaction Complete as the LoyaltyDog trigger and Send SMS as the Mobile Message action. Map the customer's mobile number and relevant transaction information into the message in Zapier.

Can LoyaltyDog customer changes update Mobile Message?

Yes. Customer Change can start Update Contact in Mobile Message. It can also start Create Contact where a new customer needs a messaging record, depending on how your Zap is configured.
