A compliance issue is closed at a site, but the person responsible may not see the update until much later. Logit can send action, request, record, check or audit events to Mobile Message through Zapier, giving operations teams a direct way to notify people when an important event occurs.

On Action Event Trigger can send an SMS when a selected action is closed. On Request Event Trigger and On Record Event Trigger can alert a manager when work reaches a defined point. On Check Event Trigger and On Audit Event Trigger are useful for operational or compliance notifications. Mobile Message can send an SMS to an individual or list, create a contact and manage list membership. A separate inbound SMS workflow can add a Request, Record, Check Event or Audit Event in Logit when the message contains the details required by your process.

Logit’s actions also include setting asset or location properties. These can be started by Inbound SMS Received when a field update arrives by text and the mapping is suitable. Each workflow is one direction and configured separately in Zapier. It does not replace Logit’s records or imply that every property is mirrored in Mobile Message.
