A Zapier workflow can use Linksun's New Contact V2 event to create a contact in Mobile Message, ready for an appropriate SMS workflow.

New Contact V2 can trigger Create Contact with the details supplied by Linksun. This is useful when your solar CRM captures a prospect and your communications team needs that person represented in Mobile Message. The same event can trigger Send SMS, allowing a business to acknowledge the new contact or alert an internal salesperson, provided the required mobile number is available.

Linksun's Create Contact action can also be started by Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger in a separate Zap. A text received by your Mobile Message number can create a Linksun contact when the incoming sender and message provide suitable values. These are Zapier automations, not a native two-way sync, so you choose the fields and messages.
