LEXZUR SMS Integration

A legal practice can be in the middle of preparing an invoice when a client needs a quick update. LEXZUR users can use New Invoice to start a Zap that sends a Mobile Message SMS, creates a client contact, or adds an existing client to a messaging list. That gives the practice a defined way to notify people as billing work is recorded.

A Mobile Message inbound SMS can also trigger LEXZUR actions such as creating a client, creating a matter, or creating an invoice payment. This can help staff turn a client’s text into a record that someone can review in LEXZUR. The available event is limited to New Invoice, so the automation should be designed around invoice creation rather than assumed payment status. Through Zapier, each workflow connects one event with one action and does not create a native two-way sync.
