Let's Calendar SMS Integration

Event organisers often need to know when a campaign registration arrives, especially when the campaign is being used for a webinar or a mass calendar invitation. Let's Calendar records campaign activity, but checking the campaign list repeatedly can slow down follow-up. Zapier can pass a campaign event to Mobile Message, so a plain text notification reaches the person who needs to act.

Get Campaign List can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS action when the campaign list is fetched according to the event available from Let's Calendar. Use the fields supplied by the trigger to notify an organiser, confirm a campaign-related update or prompt the next administrative step. The message should be limited to the information exposed by the Let's Calendar event and the recipient number you configure in Zapier.

Let's Calendar also provides Add Registration to Campaign. An inbound SMS received by Mobile Message can start that action when the text contains the registration information required by the campaign. These are separate one-directional workflows, not a two-way integration or a complete calendar invitation sync. Keep campaign management in Let's Calendar and use Mobile Message for direct SMS outcomes.
