Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Leal!
A Stamp Earned event can thank the customer or explain what happens next. Reward Redeemed can trigger a confirmation, while New Customer can send a welcome message and create a Mobile Message contact for future communication. Leal’s Add Stamps and Create Customer actions can also be used when another app supplies the event, but these workflows focus on notifications from Leal.
This gives retailers a practical way to connect loyalty activity with timely plain-text messages. You choose the reward wording, recipient and list fields in Zapier. The connection uses Zapier rather than a native integration, and each automation sends information in one direction from Leal to Mobile Message.

Yes. Use Leal’s Stamp Earned trigger with Mobile Message Send SMS in Zapier. The message can acknowledge progress and include the customer or loyalty information available in the trigger.
Can customers receive an SMS after redeeming a Leal reward?
Yes. Reward Redeemed can start a Zap that sends a plain-text confirmation through Mobile Message. You can also use New Customer for a separate welcome message when someone first joins.
How do I set up Leal loyalty SMS?
Select the Leal trigger and Mobile Message action in Zapier, connect both accounts, and map the customer fields. No code is needed, but active access to Leal and Mobile Message is required.
