If the event waits for someone to check the business management platform, a response can be delayed. A Zap can use Kwixéo's New Webhook Event trigger to send an SMS through Mobile Message, making a selected event visible to the person responsible.

For example, a webhook can alert a customer manager when a prospect or opportunity changes, or notify a team when an invoice or sales order is ready for action. Mobile Message can send SMS, send SMS to a list, create contact, update contact, or add contact to a list. The Zap can therefore send a direct alert, notify a configured group, or handle a customer record when the webhook contains the necessary details.

Kwixéo actions such as Create Invoice and Create Task remain actions within Kwixéo. The useful Mobile Message flow starts with the New Webhook Event trigger and then selects one Mobile Message action. The connection runs through Zapier, not as a native two-way integration, and it does not synchronise every Kwixéo record with Mobile Message.
