A project manager may see a new task or comment appear while the people responsible are working elsewhere. Kroolo’s New Task trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS through Zapier, alerting a team member to an important action without asking the manager to copy the details into another system.

New Comment and New Message in Chat can also send notices when discussion needs attention, while New Project can notify a project owner that a workspace has been created. Mobile Message can create a contact or add a person to a list when Kroolo provides the required mobile information. Kroolo’s Send Direct Message and Send Chat Message to Channel actions are useful when another app starts a workflow, but they do not turn Mobile Message events into a native Kroolo conversation. The most direct workflows therefore begin with Kroolo and finish with a visible SMS or contact record. Use plain text and include the task, project, commenter or next step in the message. Zapier passes the selected event between accounts, with no two-way synchronisation. Filter routine comments and reactions so important alerts remain useful.
