About the Kloud Connect integration

A firm can add a new client in Kloud Connect while the people responsible for onboarding are away from their desks. Without a clear prompt, the first welcome call or document request can wait until someone reviews the practice management system. A Mobile Message text gives the assigned team a timely signal that a client or job needs attention.

Through Zapier, Kloud Connect can trigger Mobile Message when a New Client or New Job is created. Mobile Message can send an SMS to a selected number or send an SMS to a list, depending on whether the notice belongs with one coordinator or a wider team. You can include the client name, job reference and a short instruction from the Kloud Connect record.

This does not synchronise client data between the services, and it does not update Kloud Connect from a reply. Each Zap is a one-way notification from a selected Kloud Connect event to a Mobile Message action. That keeps the workflow focused on visible, timely alerts for onboarding and job allocation.
