It can also create a Mobile Message contact, giving the team a usable record for later SMS activity. KeyReach CRM provides a trigger only, so Mobile Message supplies the action in these workflows. Choose whether the recipient is the agent or the prospect, map the available fields in Zapier, and keep the message focused on the next step. This is an event-led automation rather than a shared CRM sync. It does not update KeyReach CRM when someone replies.
