Leap CRM SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Leap CRM!
New Lead can notify an estimator when a prospect is added from JobProgress. New Customer can send a welcome message or alert the office when a customer record is created. Mobile Message's Send SMS action delivers the message using the phone number and job details supplied by Leap CRM. You can also pair New Customer with Create Contact so the person is added to Mobile Message for future communication.
These workflows are useful for lead response, customer acknowledgements and internal handovers. They do not synchronise the two systems, and they do not create a reply workflow unless you configure a separate Zap. Choose the event, map the available fields and set the message that best suits your roofing or remodelling process.
